We are offering a full range of services
As restrictions are eased across the UK, we continue to offer a fully comprehensive service, including essential and non-essential servicing and repairs.
This includes all of our heating and plumbing servicing and repairs, boiler installations, Landlord Gas Certificates, power flushing and more.
When requesting a visit please inform us if you or a member of your household
are currently self isolating or shielding, or are currently infected with Coronavirus
Your safety is important to us
As restrictions ease, our engineers will continue to observe health, safety, and hygiene advice to minimise any risks, and to protect our customers and our workforce from the spread of Coronavirus.
Respecting Personal Choice
Although the wearing of a face covering is now a personal choice, If anyone in your home is vulnerable or shielding, our engineers will take extra precautions, including the use of face masks and social distancing. Please speak to a member of the office team or the engineer if you have any requests or concerns.
Our engineers follow the latest guidance and will:
Self-isolate if asked to do so by the NHS Track and Trace App, or other official body, or if they display any Coronavirus symptoms, however mild
Maintain a safe distance wherever possible whilst carrying out their duties at your property
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) in line with current guidelines and/or the customer’s wishes
Continue to observe hygiene advice, including washing their hands thoroughly before and after carrying out any work at your property. We ask that you support them in being able to do this.
Make use of hand hand sanitiser and wipes in addition to hand-washing or if hand-washing facilities are not available
We ask that our customers:
inform us if you or a member of your household are currently self isolating or shielding, or are currently infected with Coronavirus
Stay in another room where possible, but keep internal doors open to avoid our engineers having to touch door handles
Wipe down/disinfect any work areas before and after visits
